Real-time Ticketing & Triage
Structured support intake and ticket tracking inside Workspace—so clients submit requests in-channel and your team resolves them with full context on assets and monitoring.

Module status: ActiveForecast which tickets and services will miss SLA while there is still time to reallocate—so the queue is steered before the clock expires, not explained after.
In short: SLA Prevention scores every open ticket against its remaining SLA budget on your service calendar and ranks the queue by breach risk, so the ticket most likely to miss is always on top. Failing monitors raise risk, and at-risk tickets get a reassignment suggestion while they are still savable.

Every capability below maps to a live route in your client portal—not a slide.
Combine elapsed SLA budget, time left, and priority into a 0–100 risk score and a Critical, High, Medium, or Low tier.
The queue sorts by breach risk, highlights each tier, and filters by tier, assignee, and organization.
Tickets for an organization with failing probes or open incidents get a higher risk weight.

Open SLA Prevention in WorkspaceScoring, ranking, monitoring boosts, reassignment suggestions, and intervention history are live.
No parallel SLA database that can drift from /workspace/tickets; the queue refreshes every minute.
Business hours, time zone, regional holidays, and maintenance windows per organization, so business-hours SLAs are never scored as 24×7.
Every highlighted ticket shows the scoring factors that add up to its risk score.
The queue is the object being steered.
Health exceptions change remaining-time risk.
Prevented vs. actual misses become a QBR metric.
The module will not auto-resolve tickets to protect an SLA statistic.
Reassignment is a recommendation until a dispatcher accepts it.
Risk scores are computed outside ticket updates and stored separately, so scoring never slows down or locks ticket work.
