1. Overview
Photographs, illustrations, diagrams, Open Graph stills, and other images that Bitscaled LLC publishes on bitscaled.tech (including public articles) are owned by Bitscaled or used under a separate license from a third party. This page is the license document and the acquire-license page for Bitscaled-owned images.
This page does not license Client Workspace content, intranet assets, or third-party marks. Copyright complaints about hosted content use the DMCA Policy. Website copying in general is also governed by the Terms of Service.
2. Default terms
Unless a caption, nearby credit, or a written agreement says otherwise, Bitscaled-owned images are all rights reserved. You may view them on this site and share a link to the page that displays them. You may not copy, scrape, train a model on, sell, or republish the image files themselves without a written license from Bitscaled.
- Personal, non-commercial viewing on bitscaled.tech is allowed.
- Fair use and other copyright exceptions continue to apply where the law provides them.
- Third-party images keep their original license; Bitscaled cannot relicense them.
- We do not publish a Creative Commons grant for the Bitscaled photo library.
3. How to request a license
To acquire a written license to reuse a Bitscaled-owned image (press, partnership, or other republication), email the designated contact with enough detail to identify the file and the intended use:
- Email: legal@bitscaled.tech
- URL of the page that shows the image, and a description of the file
- Who would use it, where it would appear, and for how long
- Whether the use is commercial
We may grant, refuse, or condition a license. A reply that does not grant permission is not a license. Do not treat this page as a stock-photo checkout.
4. Credit and machine-readable license
When a license is granted, keep any required credit line and do not crop out watermarks or captions. ImageObject structured data on public pages points `license` and `acquireLicensePage` at this URL so Google Images can show a Licensable badge for Bitscaled-owned images.
